Kelly MacLean, founder and president of KMAC, leverages her experience as a College Admission Officer and coach to guide students athletes and non-athletes through college searches, scholarships, and careers. Known as “The College Whisperer,” she’s a certified John C. Maxwell Coach and expert contributor to STACK Magazine.

Cat Crespo, a Case Western math graduate and KMAC success coach, helps students overcome challenges and excel in math. Known for her approachable style, she mentors students through academics, career exploration, and college admissions success.

Isaac Crespo, an IT professional and educator, combines tech expertise with a passion for teaching. A Tech Elevator grad with 8 years at Huntington Bank, Isaac now mentors students, building their skills, confidence, and foundation for future success.

Madi, a former D1 soccer player at Cleveland State, is a dedicated KMAC coach who guides students toward academic and personal success. With experience in college and career advising, she helps students build confidence and achieve their goals.

Nischal Allena, a Cleveland State premed student, has tutored at KMAC since 2022. Nischal is passionate and fun-loving, he makes sessions engaging and productive while helping students master science-related subjects.

Marissa, a Cleveland State honors grad in Graphic Design, joined KMAC in 2021. She creates marketing materials and custom content like highlight videos and graphics, helping students showcase their talents while supporting KMAC’s creative vision.

A former KMAC Ace team member, she supports students through mentorship and guidance, encouraging them to achieve their academic and personal goals while building strong character and determination.

Walter enjoyed a 12 year pro soccer career before coaching. He is passionate about mentoring students and athletes, helping them build discipline, teamwork, and confidence both on and off the field. Through his experience and leadership, he supports students in reaching their academic and athletic goals.
